How much is shipping?

Shipping costs vary based on shipping destination and quantity of items you purchase. You can calculate accurate shipping costs by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. Shipping costs will automatically update and appear in your total charges.

The order delivery time is divided into two parts:

Processing time: order verification, cutting, quality, inspection and packaging. All orders are typically sent to our manufacturer for shipping within 72 hours of placement and payment received.

Shipping time: This is the time it takes for an item to be shipped from our warehouse to its destination.

Insured Shipping: If an item is lost during shipping or damaged upon arrival, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost as long as sufficient evidence is provided.

Priority Insured Shipping: Your delivery will be placed at the top of the order list we send to manufacturers every day. Depending on the volume of orders we receive, estimated times may be similar/same as standard shipping times. Your items are also insured.

It usually takes a few days to a week for the tracking number to update and display the correct tracking information. Please use a third-party website (such as https://17track.net) to track your order.

Please note that for some countries, shipping times may be longer than estimated.

Depending on the volume of orders we receive, your delivery time may vary. Please be assured that we are working hard to resolve all issues as quickly as possible. We know it can be frustrating waiting for your order to take longer than expected, but one thing we don't want to do is sacrifice the quality of our products. Thank you for your understanding.

If you need to make changes to your order, please email us at support@poiultd.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to make the required changes. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot change it. Please always check that you have chosen the correct size and color to avoid disappointment.

How long does it take for buyers to receive their orders?

Similar to many businesses around the world, our distribution team is smaller to increase employee safety, so shipping and delivery times are delayed/extended beyond normal times.

Can orders be shipped to multiple addresses?

We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

Do you offer delivery to PO Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.

Do I need to pay VAT?

Items shipped internationally from the United States are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not charge VAT (Value Added Tax). All taxes, duties and customs charges are the responsibility of the package recipient.

Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about your country's customs policies.

NOTE: On rare occasions delivery delays may occur and packages may take longer than the time frame listed. Unfortunately this is beyond our control and in some cases customs may delay delivery.
